An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to work alongside and support the HR Manager in a 2IC position. Warm, inviting and progressive company culture.
Working alongside and reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Coordinator is responsible for providing generalist HR support across the business. This is a varied and fast paced position that will see you gain experience and access to all areas of Human Resources. Some specific tasks will include; supporting the business around HR queries, providing advice around employee and industrial relations, management of the HRIS (Peoplesoft), generating employment contracts, managing inductions and exit interviews, recruitment (Taleo), onboarding, training and L&D initiatives, HR reporting, workers compensation, HR projects involving the collecting, reporting and analysis of HR metrics. You will also support the GM in an administrative capacity on an adhoc basis - organising travel and booking conferences.
To be considered for this opportunity you will currently be working in a similar level position and looking to take a step up in a broad, end to end HR position. You will enjoy and be confident in taking ownership for your tasks and contributing to the overall HR function. You will be confident liaising across the business with all levels and enjoy a fast paced and varied role. You will have strong administration skills using MS Office and ideally have experience using Peoplesoft.
