A great opportunity exists for a seasoned training manager to join a global brand with an enviable history and an exciting future. Working as part of a team the fundamental core of the role is to support the consistent delivery of development initiatives that improve the proficiency and expertise of the workforce.
Reporting to the HR Director you will have the opportunity to deliver programs across Australia and New Zealand. Some of your responsibilities will include driving the first 90 days program, drive the train the trainer program with leaders, evaluate the effectiveness following formal training, conduct and coordinate training and leadership events, plan and create training calendars and develop bespoke training support for Managers. Partnering with the Human Resources team you will also develop HR Management training that will be rolled out to leaders.
Working with an amazing, talented team you will truly have the ability to make an impact to the business performance as well as developing your own career. A proven history in Training and Development is essential and a background in high end retail or hospitality will be highly regarded.
