This is an excellent opportunity to play a significant role in driving the transparency agenda and optimise media effectiveness within the industry, while consulting with senior marketing teams in many of the leading global advertisers across categories such as Finance, Auto, Beverage, Healthcare, QSR and FMCG. You will be joining a confident, inquisitive, and self-assured client services team comprising specialists with backgrounds in planning & buying, advertising, PR/Communications, and Marketing.
As Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for driving analysis and constructing and delivering insightful presentations/workshops for your clients. You will leverage internal capabilities through working with internal teams in research, data capture & processing, financial accounting, content analysis, benchmarking, data aggregation and statistics, as well as, an in-house ICT team responsible for developing tools and service platforms for competitive advantage.
Your experience may be as an agency planner & buyer, client-side media specialist, or as an existing media consultant. Regardless, it essential you can demonstrate excellent analytical and interpersonal skills and a strong knowledge of the Australian landscape.
Working within this fast-paced industry leading company the scope of projects are varied and assess media coverage as well as complex client data sets relating to media agency services. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to work on international assignments and take sideways progression paths across service areas and client groups as you progress your career.
